I have a customer who got an error message that a competitive intelligence agent couldn’t provide much intel on the latest run because they needed to add competitor (and industry and other) details. They sent me a screenshot of the global variables, and all but one (frequency) had disappeared. Has anyone else had this kind of thing happen with global variables? Where would I go to find out the cause?

Global variables disappearing on their own isn’t an expected behavior. Could you share the Agent ID so we can take a closer look?
