# Unable to Upload to Large File Storage

To file a bug ticket, please follow the steps below:

1. Describe what happens in as many details as possible.
2. Describe the intended behavior.
3. Share a link to AI Agent where this bug occurs
4. Attach any screenshots/screen recordings to help us replicate and run tests on our end

When my app is running properly, the debug log shows:

**User Input**

**-**

1Action started on CloudRunner **Instance ID: h8xlx** at Sep 12, 2025 7:50:41.151 PM PDT2

Saving value of {{callTranscription}} to Large File Storage

3

Now it is showing:  
**User Input**

**-**

1Action started on CloudRunner **Instance ID: kss2t** at Sep 17, 2025 9:33:49.174 PM PDT2

Setting {{callTranscription}} to “undefined”

3

Action completed

-

The app is no longer saving the file to Large File Storage. So the rest of the app is failling because of it.
