# upload file is not working in user input

I have about 15 agents - most of them use a file upload variable as a user input. They have all been working great for the last few months. Now not one of them is working - no changes, nothing made. The variable type is file upload - I upload a .docx or a .md or a .pdf usually - none of them are taking now.  
They all say in Red - ‘The uRL passes an internal domain that cannot be fetched’ or something like that. None of the inputs are accepted. On the debugger, the urls it is assocating these variables is shown below. DOn’t know what the url is and how it is being set.

It is urgent that this be fixed as I cannot do anything. How do I create a high priority bug request?

Apologies for the inconvenience this caused. There was an issue on our end affecting file uploads, but it’s now been fixed.
