I modified the daily news summary to email a revised version of the incoming email message in a format suitable for social media blast. This works great for runs initiatied in MindStudio - however despite using the trigger email - the agent is not triggered by an email sent outside of the Mindstudio run action. What am I missing? ---

What email client are you using (gmail, outlook, etc.) to send the trigger email? ---

I have tried both gmail and hotmail. Both failed outside of MindStudio.ai environment, both worked when I launched the agent from within the MindStudio environment. ---

Problem solved by starting from scratch and using a new prompt. Gmail works as remote trigger, agent runs outside of the MindStudio environment once target email sent and returns the response to the sender after processing. hotmail/outlook does not do this. Ryan ---
