# Workflow Execution Slower When Used in "Run Workflow" Block

Hi MindStudio team,

I’ve noticed that when I trigger a workflow using the **“Run Workflow”** block, it tends to run significantly slower compared to when I run the same logic directly within the main workflow. It shows even different numbers when I watch fork and then in debbuger. Is there a reason for this delay?

Just trying to understand if this is expected behavior or if there’s something I can do to optimize performance.
