Cant fill in Output Variable Name in Run Workflow Box

I have never seen this before, but when I select Run Workflow “Run Once” then I can rename the output variable from the workflow no problem:

However, the second I ask it to run multiple times I am grayed out from being able to select the output box:

Everytime I try to click on my_new_variable it doesnt respond.

Im dumb, but in case others miss it as well I will keep this posted.

I was trying to fill in in the wrong place:

I was trying to change Red when I should have been changing Black
