Features Needed

  3. Interface Localization: Support for non-English UI elements in embedded agents

Why This Matters

We use embedded agents in an elearning platform for Portuguese speakers. The current behavior disrupts learning by:

  • Breaking conversation context when new Runs are created automatically

  • Exposing non-technical users to complex UI elements they don’t need

  • Presenting English-only interface elements to non-English users

Impact

These improvements would make embedded agents more accessible and effective, especially for international and non-technical users.

Has anyone found workarounds for these issues? Would the new “Custom interface function” help address any of these challenges?
