I wanted to ask whether we are able to feature my Chrome extension publically any sort of public mind studio database.

Slight clarification on the above: The MindStudio Chrome Extension is open source (GitHub - mindstudio-ai/mindstudio-chrome-extension: Google Chrome extension), so you could definitely attempt to fork it and make your own—but this would be a technical exercise requiring development and you’d be on your own there, it’s not something we can really help you do. But you are more than welcome to attempt it!
