There used to be options for selecting the color of the text and background of an agents appearance. I want a white background but I can only see black. Have they been moved somewhere or are they removed completely?

The background of the embed depends on the end user’s browser settings. If their browser is set to Light Mode, the embed will appear in light mode as well. If it is set to Dark Mode, the embed will follow that instead.
I have forgotten how to do it on a page. I have a user input page and a onboarding page. I want to change the background colour to an off white. I don’t remember how to do it.

The updated UI doesn’t currently support changing background colors for Agents. If your agent is embedded, it will automatically follow the end user’s browser settings to switch between Light and Dark Mode. If it’s not embedded, you can manually select the mode in your workspace settings:
