I have a draft agent that I’ve been working on for several days. Suddenly I am unable to open the draft. When attempting to open I am met with an error page:
Upon further inspection the problem seems to only occur whenever I click on a HubSpot block in the workflow. When I click on any HubSpot block (add contact or add company) then the MindStudio UI crashes until I clear cookies. If I reload the page I can see the UI flash for a fraction of a second, and if I quickly click off of the HubSpot block I can circumvent the error (until clicking on the HubSpot block again.)
The original issue is resolved, but I’m running into another issue with the HubSpot blocks now. Whenever I click on “add property” in the HubSpot add contact or add company blocks I get an Internal error. Here’s a screencast of the error happening:
While we’re discussing the HubSpot blocks, I wanted to bring up an issue with the Create/Update Contact block.
There’s a field for Company Domain Name that’s meant to associate the contact with a HubSpot company. If the company doesn’t exist, HubSpot creates one when inserting the contact. However, we’ve noticed that even after creating the company and confirming its domain, using that same domain for a new contact fails to associate the contact with the company in HubSpot.
It would be great if this could be fixed. One suggestion is to allow associating the contact by Company ID—perhaps via a dropdown to choose between Company Domain or Company ID, similar to how the Get Contact block lets you select between Contact ID or Contact Email.
After poking around and testing a bit it looks like there are still some errors manifesting. The Create/Update Contact and Company blocks seem to be working, but the Get Contact and Get Company blocks are still having issues. Here’s a quick screencast.
