Remix Links Stuck Loading

I don’t normally have issues with my remix links, however, for a recent custom agent I sold the client says the remix just gets stuck in the “loading” phase.

Several other live agents built, with no issues on their remix links.

Hi @JustinBrooke,

Could you please try the following steps and let me know how it goes?

  1. Make sure Remixing is enabled in the Access settings of your Agent

  2. Publish the Agent so the changes are applied
