Does anyone know if there is a way to rename runs in the debugger, or include a link to the debugger log and send it somewhere?

You can rename runs and share Debugger Logs by right-clicking on a run in the debugger:
Alternatively, you can add a Set Run Title block in your Agent for a more dynamic option.
