Browser workflows freeze (Chrome)

Dear MS-Team,

When I use workflows in the browser, they constantly freeze. They do continue running in the background, but the screen does not display the progress. I therefore have to keep reloading the browser page.

Is this a typical issue? Or what could be causing it? I am using the latest Chrome browser.

Could you please record the issue? A video really helps us understand what’s going on.

When you start the recording, please press F12 on your keyboard and go to the Console tab. That will let us see what’s happening behind the scenes:

Thank you for your help. I made a recording. It was uploaded, but I can’t access it. Did you receive it? Was it received automatically?

You can see how the workflow does not continue. I first had to search for the console in the menu for a while because the keyboard shortcut didn’t work. Some time later, I reloaded the page. You can see that everything was then loaded and the workflow/task was completed.

Could you also share a remix link to the Agent? That will help me reproduce the issue on our end and check what might be causing this behavior.

Thank you very much. In this case, it is simply a chat with Claude Sonnet 4.5. Do you still need a link to it?

However, it generally affects all workflows.
