To file a bug ticket, please follow the steps below:

  1. My account is being incorrectly gated as “out of credits” even though my balance shows available credits.

    When I click the Pitch Deck tile in my project, I get an out-of-credits notification. The failed generation also overwrote a real project file: roadmap/pitch.html now contains only the text Error: You are out of usage credits. Top up at https://app.goremy.ai/services/balance?action=top-up instead of the actual deck.

    My balance is not zero, so the credit/entitlement check appears to be misfiring on this account. Two problems result: (a) I’m blocked from viewing the pitch deck, and (b) the failed run is corrupting/overwriting generated files rather than failing safely.

    2. Intended behavior:

    With credits available, clicking the Pitch Deck tile should generate and display the deck normally. If an entitlement check ever does fail, it should surface the error without overwriting existing project files — roadmap/pitch.html should be left intact.

    3. Link to the AI Agent where the bug occurs:

    Please investigate the entitlement gate on this account and confirm when it’s resolved.

Thanks for the post, and apologies for the inconvenience.

We’re already looking into the issue, and I’ll get back to you as soon as it’s resolved. In the meantime, you can preview the Pitch Deck in the Spec tab. Here’s how:

  1. Open your app and click Edit
  2. Once it loads, click Spec
  3. Select Pitch Deck
