Hi! I need urgent help with my account.
The situation:
I deleted my MindStudio account and then tried to create a new one with the same Google account (sabiviva2003@gmail.com). The new account was created (I received the welcome email today at 19:08), but I cannot log in.
The problem:
- “Continue with Google” button does nothing — no popup, no redirect, just nothing happens
- This occurs in ALL browsers (Yandex Browser, Comet/Chrome)
- The Forgot Password page loads as a completely blank/black screen
- Clicking the Forgot Password link on login page redirects to home page instead
What I’ve tried:
- Allowed popups for app.mindstudio.ai
- Tried multiple browsers
- Google account (sabiviva2003@gmail.com) is active and logged in
I already sent emails to support@mindstudio.ai but posting here for faster response. I’m a paid user and cannot access my account at all. Please help!
