create a chat bot that calls the agents

just want to check, is it possible to create a chatbot that can call all the agents created in Mindstudio.

for example - I created 20 agents for my client or company and it will be a bit cumbersome to look at all the agents for the end user. instead, if I create a chat bot , where the end user will specify what they want, and the chatbot will specify the appropriate agent and the user can run the agent in the chatbot, see the output and modify it if needed

It wont be possible to run an agent from within a chatbot. What you will be able to do however is:

  • Create a knowledge base with your agent links the get recommended to a user depending on their needs
  • You can execute agents from within by use of Run Workflow Blocks. The initial steps would need to run on Logic Blocks or Menu to route the user to the appropriate agent branch
