Im having trouble understanding how to set up Mindstudio as an agency where I would be creating agents for different organisations. Does each organisation have their own seperate mindstudio account and I create the agents in their account? Or do I have seperate workspaces for each organisation in the one account. I’ve had a quick search on YT but couldn’t find what i was looking for. Any help would be appreciated.
Kim, I think you will want to have your account and make workspace for each of your clients. Invite them in, set which agents you want them to have access to, and you call also set usage limits. That’s my vision of things but others may have better ideas.
Hi @Kimberley, thanks for posting! And @Todd is right, that’s definitely one way to set it up.
Just to clarify, each user needs their own MindStudio account, but they can all join a workspace. Here’s what you can do:
Create a workspace for each of your clients and invite them to join. This keeps their data and Agents separate. You can also keep Agent templates in your own workspace and transfer customized versions to your clients’ workspaces, so you do not have to start from scratch each time.
Alternatively, if you prefer not to have them create MindStudio accounts, you could build your own custom frontend and connect the Agents to it using the API. This approach does require some knowledge of how the API works.
Let me know if you have any questions!
