Deploy my agent to team of 50

I’m at the point where I would like to start rolling out my agent. The end users are a team inside my company. There are about 40-50 individuals.

My requirements are as follows:

  1. I want them to be able to run my agent - no edit
  2. In the logs I’d like to see who (email address) has run the agent. Helps when fixing future issues.
  3. Multiple users can run the agent at the same time

My question is:
Given the above is the best approach for the end users to each create a free mindstudio account? Or can I just share the run link?

A second question relates to ai model throttles. Will I get ai resource issues? For example if I have 10 or 20 users running the agent in quick succession will the ai providers return an error at some point? Are there any bottle necks with the mindstudio infrastructure I need to be aware of?

Hi @kevspiers,

You can either have users create free accounts to access the Agent, or, if you have an internal portal, you can embed the Agent there.

Embedding takes this a step further and comes with a couple of benefits:

  • Users don’t need to create a MindStudio account, and you can manage their accounts in the internal portal
  • The experience is more custom since there’s no MindStudio branding
