I’m writing to ask for clarification on the features of your $20/month Starter plan.

​My goal is to provide a chatbot solution for up to 5 restaurants. I’d like to allow an unlimited number of customers to interact with the chatbot.

​Could you please confirm if the Starter plan allows me to:

  • ​Publish up to 5 agents, each with a unique public URL that can be used to create a QR code for unlimited user access?

  • ​I understand that the feature to embed the chatbot directly onto a website is part of a higher-tier plan. Is this correct?

Hey Tony!

  1. The starter plan will allow you to publish 5 agents but only users who have MindStudio accounts can actually run the agent (additionally, you have a ceiling for 5,000 runs per month)
  2. You’re correct - embedding begins from our Unlimited plan.

That’s right. The only thing to keep in mind is that usage fees for interactions are billed to the Agent Owner, whether that’s you or your customer.
