setting up a client workspace

I was advised that a way to share specific agents with a client was to do the following steps:

  • Create separate workspaces for your clients
  • Create copies of your agents
  • Transfer the copies to each of your client’s workspaces
  • Invite the clients to their workspaces

To set up the client’s workspaces, would I register them as a new user and follow the registration steps" In the process can I use a unique email address and my billing information for their workspace? I would create a unique email address to be associated with their workspace. Then I could give them access to only the agents they paid to access. That would make it seamless for the client and they would not have to separately join MS to work with the agent. Can this workflow work? Thanks

Hi @Mike0711,

Thanks for the post!

You’re right, what you described is one way to give your clients access to the Agents. Keep in mind that you’ll need to upgrade the Workspace to a Pro Plan, which allows up to 10 collaborators, or the Business Plan, which supports up to 100.

Alternatively, you could embed the Agents on your website with the Business Plan, so your clients don’t have to access MindStudio directly.

Hope this helps!

I was under the impression that the pro version doesn’t have access to embeddings.
