I urgently need your help. I sent the client a link to a custom subdomain, but it’s giving them an error.
I entered everything correctly in the agent, saved the link, published it, and copied the link.
It works perfectly on my end.
On the client’s end, this error may be related to the client’s own security settings, whitelist msagent.ai, or even mindstudio…?
Please help me.

Thanks for the post, and sorry to hear about this.
Could you share the AI Agent ID where the issue occurs? You can find it by clicking on the Agent name and copying the Agent ID at the bottom of the page.
This will let us take a closer look.

Thanks for sharing the Agent ID!
I can confirm everything is set up correctly, and the Agent should load without that error.
Could you ask your client to take the following steps?
- Clear their cache and cookies
- Try accessing the Agent using a different browser or device (preferably)
If the issue still happens, could they record the steps they’re taking with the Console open? When they start the recording, have them press F12 and switch to the Console tab. That should give us more insight into what’s happening:

The client ask the it team to whitelist mindstudio and it seems to work now.
