Failed to Fetch & Insufficient Resources

Something is happening that does not allow me to access the agents in the Chrome extension. What can I do to change this?

Could you record a Loom showing the steps you’re taking when the issue happens? Please keep the Console open during the recording.

Also, are you using one of our Store Agents or something you built yourself?

Can you clear your cache and cookies for mindstudio.ai and app.mindstudio.ai, then let me know if you’re able to log into your account on both the platform and the Chrome extension?

Even after I cleared the cache, cookies, etc., I was unable to access the agents. If it matters, I am seeing the same result on two different devices: my Chromebook, and my ThinkCentre desktop (running an enterprise version of Windows 10). This is the version of my chrome browser on my desktop: Version 137.0.7151.69 (Official Build) (64-bit). On my personal desktop at home, running Windows 11, everything works as it should.

From what you’re describing, it sounds like your corporate network or VPN might be blocking access. Please share this help doc with your IT team so they can whitelist the necessary domains:

I think we solved this. It’s my company’s network. I used my phone as a hotspot and connected my Chromebook to the mobile data instead of my company Wi-Fi and now I can access all of the AI agents. Thank you for sending the link and your assistance.
