Cannot log into mindstudio from macos

I have added a couple of new users to my mindstudio workspace, but when they try logging in from their systems, it redirects to the same page.

Also it shows connect to mindstudio v1 api failed.

I would like to know, where this issue is originating from.

Hi - I’m not seeing this on my side. Can you email support@mindstudio.ai with the usernames/emails of the users having issues? We’ll investigate.

I have sent an email to the support, and shared the concerned emails.

Since our previous discussion, my organization’s IT team have set up the mind studio url’s to be allowed through the firewall.

Most of the users can access my agent now, but still for one user the agent is not loading. It gets stuck at agent execution queued.

The user has already tried removing caches, tried different browsers, but still it is not going beyond the first screen where it just says “Agent Execution Queued”.

A speedy response would be really appreciated.
