Trouble Using MindStudio.ai Chrome Extension on ARM64 Laptop

Hi everyone, I’m having trouble getting the MindStudio.ai Chrome extension to work on my ARM64 laptop. I’ve tried reinstalling the extension and restarting Chrome, but it still doesn’t launch or function properly.

Here are a few details that might help:

  • Device: ARM64-based laptop (Windows)

  • Browser: Latest version of Chrome

  • Issue: Extension installs but doesn’t activate or respond

Has anyone else run into compatibility issues with ARM64 architecture? Is there a workaround or an update planned to support this setup?

Could you please take the following steps?

  • Clear cache&cookies for app.mindstudio.ai
  • Log back into your MindStudio account
  • Reinstall the extension
