I will be doing a presentation to travel agents and presenting MS agents for researching destinations, hotels, cruises, etc. The main pain point is the lack of time and resources to produce social media contents and other marketing materials. Many of them are familiar with CHAT GPT and have used the free version. I understand that they can now get Agent for $20/mo. Any suggestions for competitive points showing why or how MS agents are better than CHAT GPT Agent for creating travel blogs and other marketing collateral. I appreciate any suggestions.
Hi @Mike0711,
ChatGPT Agents are a cool upgrade from OpenAI, but have little to do with MindStudio.
ChatGPT Agents are great for personal use: browsing websites, writing some code, booking restaurants, and things like that.
MindStudio is built for actual business use. You can automate research, generate tailored content for specific tasks, analyze data, connect to tools like CRMs, and fully customize how everything runs, all without writing code.
These really solve different problems. ChatGPT Agents are great for one-off tasks, while MindStudio Agents are built to handle entire workflows and support your business day to day.
My emphasis will be on the ability to customize agents to specific travel sellers needs. For example, the first agent that I built was for agents selling romance travel. Other niches include adventure travel, cruising, religious travel, gay travel, etc. I’ll test it, but I think that might be more difficult to do with Chat GPT Agent.
Thanks for the response.
To get a bit granular, the agent I am building is targeted to travel sellers that want to create blogs to use in their marketing. For example, post to social media, add to their website and send in an email format to their clients. Some are using CHAT GPT 4.0 or 4.5 and paying $20/mo. I know that we can generate comparable images, learn and retain the users writing style and provide output in several ways. I understand the flexibility aspect of MS versus CHAT GPT. I’m struggling to present MS in a competitive manner for this specific use case. I have a webinar scheduled this week to about 100 agents. I’m not sure the best approach to take in discussing and demonstrating MS. I’m not sure if using a certain image model would help. Please let me know thoughts and suggestions. Thanks
Hi Mike,
Thanks for the reply.
It sounds like you’re comparing an LLM to MindStudio in this case. Since ChatGPT 4o and 4.5 are also available in MindStudio, it doesn’t quite make sense to compare the LLM itself with the platform.
Think of it this way:
- When you need to do something once, and an LLM can help, go ahead and use ChatGPT, Claude, or any other model in a chat
- When you need to do something repeatedly or on an ongoing basis, create an AI Agent that can help with it or handle it autonomously
Back to your examples:
You can build an agent that runs daily, scans travel news, finds competitors and what they post, picks most trending topics, then writes a post in your customer’s voice and posts it in their social media account.
Great! You can also set up an automation to publish to the site directly. And when leads come in through a form or CRM, another agent can enrich the lead and create a tailored email follow up to book a call or share a trip package.
MindStudio Agents go beyond what a single LLM can do. They let you orchestrate multiple models simultaneously, connect to various other systems, and build workflows that run automatically in the background.
Hope this helps clarify the difference.
Thanks Alex.
That’s exactly how I approached it and get a great response.
I even mentioned that the CHAT GPT had an excellent image generation model and I was using it in my builds.
