Has anyone made any apps for the realtor market? I am trying to scrape websites, provide all relevant information, and help realtors with their market analysis faster. I will then place the information in a document and email it.
I am good at MindStudio, but if I can find one I can remix without building, why not?

The biggest problem realtors and most people face is time. I am looking to gather information on the home, taxes, schools, etc, and then put it in a document so they do not need to. Using Make, I will email the draft, and then they can send it to their customer
I am willing to work on this and share or remix if you have any ideas?
I don’t have a Realtor app yet but (I’m working on it), I have been using the Web Scraper Agent by MindStudio and I keep getting blocked. I’m not sure if it’s the website itself but I’m about to test it on Zillow.
Mainly looking at curating and rewriting current for my local market.
I was actually on the same path in trying to figure out who (Zillow/Realtor/Redfin) would have the accurate information in order to have an executive summary (or Market Report) to turn into something worthy of sending to an agent (or for an agent to use).
