Unable to Upload to Large File Storage

When my app is running properly, the debug log shows:

Saving value of {{callTranscription}} to Large File Storage

Now it is showing:

Setting {{callTranscription}} to “undefined”

The app is no longer saving the file to Large File Storage. So the rest of the app is failling because of it.
