User input block for upload images causing "no matching assets found"

I believe you’ve recently updated the User Input block for “Upload Image”.

Some users are reporting that it does not work and gives an error “No matching assets found”. They are using the app via an embed.

Please advise. For some reason, this new version tries to load images from an unknown source rather than simply opening up file explorer directly for upload.

I really need the old image upload function to be restored. Thanks for considering this.
