user unable to move out from Agent Execution Queued state

I have created an agent and shared it with the user with a public access URL, no matter in which browser he opened it or cleared cache and browser cookies it keeps saying “Agent Execution Queued”. He is unable to use it even if the page is refreshed multiple times while i am able to.

We are receiving the same error many times in a row with intermittent moments where it works.

Is there a problem with the agent invocation right now?

Can you record the steps you’re taking when you receive the “Agent Execution Queued” message? When you start recording, please press F12 on your keyboard and select the Console tab so we can also see the Console logs.

I submitted the same issue and kindly received the same response.

I have not replied as it only happens on my work computer (send the agent to myself at my work email address). My employer does not allow any third party apps to be installed, so unable to provide a recording. Will screenshots be sufficient?
