AppDbService error 401: Unauthorized

Does anyone know why this might be happening? This used to work fine, and I can access both the draft and live databases without any issues through the MindStudio interface.

However, the Query App Databse block fails with the following error:

Action started on svgCloudRunner
Instance ID: dcjb9
Executing raw (non-parameterized) query
Executing write query against database
Error: AppDbServiceError: AppDbService error 401: Unauthorized

Has anyone encountered this before or knows what might cause the 401: Unauthorized error in this situation?

This is now completely blocking my process, as the other workflow using a SELECT query is failing with the same error.
