[Bug] Publish button redirects to non-functional payment page — Solutions Partner account

Hi community,

I’m a MindStudio Solutions Partner and I’ve been unable to publish any agents for several days due to what appears to be a billing UI bug.

What happens:

  1. I log in successfully
  2. I open any agent and click Publish
  3. I am immediately redirected to a payment/billing page
  4. Nothing on that page is selectable or clickable — I cannot proceed past it

What I’ve verified:

  • My credit balance is visible and present in the account
  • This affects every agent across my workspace
  • This is not a login issue
  • I have submitted a support ticket and followed up — still unresolved after 2+ hours

Has anyone else experienced this? I have 9 agents ready to go live and a full client pipeline depending on this being resolved.
