Business Plan required to publish now?

I’m very confused:

I’m on the Pro plan, which states I can publish unlimited agents. I’m just trying to save my version so I don’t lose what I’ve got as I make changes. Now I can’t do it

I need to add to this:

  • I experimented with a new workspace and generated this workflow with the architect.
  • I subsequently realized that each workspace needs to be on it’s own plan
  • I transfer this agent back to my original workspace and note this before.

So, it’s possible that this process is a contributing factor. I have too much invested now, so I’m looking for a way to correct this.

Hi @mikeboysen - we see the issue behind this and will get it cleaned up. Thanks for your patience.

Thanks Jerry. I would also like some clarifications about how the new pricing works. At the moment, I cannot add members (who are simple users, not collaborators who can edit agents) into my workspace.

And is it intended that each workspace requires a different subscription to invite collaborators?

I’m a new member here and I have been going through the videos and the documentation and your YouTube channel and it has been a thrilling ride so far for the last month. So today I decided to take a stab at building an agent. I put it all together and hit publish and it said I needed a plan wasn’t aware of thatand I just wanna confirm that that’s necessary in order to publish this. Thanks very much.

Hi @Jmackg5509,

You are correct, one of the limitations of the Free Plan is that publishing isn’t supported. You can still create and test Agents in Draft mode, but publishing is only available with a paid plan.

You can see more details here:

Since you deleted and/or didn’t publish my critique of yet another profit model change, I need to point out the challenge I think many of us will have.

As I develop and test, I need to track changes. The only way to do that today is by publishing. I have no desire to publish anything yet. I just want to track changes until I’m comfortable that I have a solid set of agents and can plan for a rollout. On the first pay tier I can only track changes (as I develop) on 5 agents. $48 / month only 15. I can’t even unpublish an agent at this point, so I would need to delete them.

I need someone to walk me through this logically. If you prefer to email privately, that’s fine. But I’m juggling a lot things at the moment and spend time on this when it’s available. I’m not interested in paying for idle agents just to have a revision history. Why can’t you just make that a standard feature without having to publish?

Hi @mikeboysen,

You don’t need to delete your Agents. You can already move them back to Drafts from the Versions tab. Just click the “Unpublish” button, and the Agent will be moved to Drafts:

I’ve also reached out via email to clarify your current subscription.

How long have I been not seeing that button?

Hi @mikeboysen, the feature was added a month ago, so you’re not too late
