So that they move to drafts and “wait” for publishing upon need?
Create a copy of it.
In your published folder, go to the agent and click on the 3 vertical dots.
Then click duplicate.
It’ll put a copy into your drafts and you can delete the published one.

Yeah. When I first wanted to unpublish an agent, I was looking for a simple ‘unpublish’ button.
Just remembering to dup it before you delete it works for now.
You can find the Unpublish button under the Versions settings in your Agents:
