Lets say I land a client that has 90 employees. In the Business workspace I have set up for them, I have 50 agents. I don’t want the employees editing or messing with the agents- only using them in Guest mode. In order to associate each employee as a Guest for each of the 50 agents, I will have to perform 4,500 manual operations to link them all. Instead, what about just letting us have the Guest option in the workspace drop down menu that designates the persons access. Currently that is not possible and you have to open the agent, then select Invite Guest and put in their email. Painful.
Hi @Todd,
Thanks for sharing the idea!
Here are a couple of workarounds you might want to check out:
- Embed the Agents - likely the best option if you need full access management, though it does come with a cost
- Share use-only Guest invite links - helps avoid manually entering emails
These might not be the perfect fit for your use case, but I wanted to share just in case.
Thank you, Alex. Please consider opening this option for convenience as I am not clear as to why its not an option when inside the workspace and only when you have the agent open. Why is that?
Hi Todd - what’s the issue with inviting those folks as regular members? Members can’t edit agents they did not create - they can only run them…
Thanks,
Hi Jerry, I will roll with that for now. I misunderstood and thought Members could also edit the apps. Guest is best though so that they don’t say, well hey, look at this, why are we paying this guy, lets just make them ourselves in house. Thanks for the clarification.
By the way, you can copy a list of emails to invite from a CSV/XLS file and paste it into the invitation form - no need to do it one by one. Hope this helps!
Nice, thank you for addressing this!
