Hi All, i am in the pro plan, but when i am trying to run agent is saying usage is exceeded, also on my left nav its not showing me billing app to see the usage. i believe in pro plan i should have unlimited run. i have only created 4 agent and not ran more than 10 time in total. could you please help

The Individual Plan gives you unlimited agents and unlimited runs, so that part is correct. The “usage exceeded” message means your usage credits balance has run out, which is separate from your subscription.
Your $20/month covers the platform itself. Separately, each agent uses a third-party AI model (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.), and those models charge based on how much data they process. MindStudio passes those costs through at no markup, and they come out of a usage credits balance.
New accounts get $1 in credits after verifying a phone number. Once those are used up, you can top up your balance or connect your own API keys to pay providers directly.
