I paid $20 and did nothing, even though it advertised ‘unlimited AI agents.’ It ate all $20 in 2 minutes without doing anything at all, and now there’s nothing I can do. So I paid $20 just to look at the website — probably the most expensive website on earth, just for looking around and trying to figure out how it works. And all it shows is: ‘Something went wrong: You are out of usage credits. Top up at https://app.mindstudio.ai/services/balance?action=top-up.’ I honestly can’t believe it."

The $20 you paid is your subscription, which covers platform access, including building and publishing unlimited agents. The “unlimited” in the plan refers to how many agents you can create.
Running agents is a separate cost. Inference is billed on top, passed directly from the model providers at cost with no markup. To pay for inference, you can either top up your workspace balance or connect your own model API keys to pay the providers directly:
