Email Trigger working from some emails but not all

When forwarding the hook address from a Gmail account, the agent isn’t being fired off and it’s not working. However, sending a test from a personal account (not Gmail) or running it manually does work. I’m unsure if there’s a problem with Gmail. The emails are linked. I’ve recorded a Loom video attached the debugger report and a couple of screenshots.

Hi @BlueGold,

Could you let me know if the issue happens with emails you forward manually? If possible, please share one of the emails that isn’t triggering a new run as an attachment.

That will help us understand what might be causing it.

Apologies I should of explained better, all messages are forwarded manually at the moment.

Right now (10 or so minutes ago) I forward the same email from two different email providers

  1. from a gmail hosted account in a browser
2 from a non gmail hosted account using apple mail

the non gmail hosted fired off the trigger (not that it fully executed the workflow  ) though the gmail hosted email did not fire the trigger at all.

Debugger shared

Hi @BlueGold,

Thank you for the quick reply.

I’ve removed the link you shared in your previous message. Please be cautious when sharing Debugger log links publicly if they contain sensitive data.

As for the email that isn’t triggering a run, could you record a step-by-step video showing the following steps?

  1. Publish the Agent
  2. Copy the Trigger Address from the Start block
  3. Forward the email from Gmail
  4. Wait 3-4 minutes and check the Debugger for the new Runs

You can use the link below to record your screen:
