Cant Trigger Email Run Mode

As of the last 2 days, I cannot seem to trigger the email run mode on an agent that has historically been working just fine. However, now, regardless if I send an email to the draft email or the production email, I dont even see the debugger start.

I have tested sending emails from 2 different accounts to see if that may be the issue, but I do not see anything.

Thanks for the post.

Can you take the following steps?

  1. Click the cross icon next to Allowed Senders in the Start block:
  2. Click Publish

This should fix the issue.
