Mindstudio Pricing & Package Confusion

Hey - I’m trying to understand what’s going on with the plan structure because things have changed a lot this past year.

On October 28th, 2025, MindStudio sent an email announcing that embedding was now available on the Pro plan. I subscribed to Pro because of that update and built two agents using the embedding feature that was included at the time. (Photo attached for reference)

Now it’s November 22nd, 2025 and I’m seeing that the Pro plan is no longer available, the Individual plan is now $60 instead of $20, embedding isn’t included in the lower tiers anymore, and people are being directed to request custom pricing through this link: https://www.mindstudio.ai/forms/business-plan-request

It’s getting confusing because the packages seem to have changed several times over the past year, and I’m just trying to figure out what the current situation is. What happened to the Pro tier and the embedding feature that was announced in October? And what happens to users who already subscribed and built agents under that plan?

Thanks for the post, and apologies for any confusion.

We recently updated our pricing plans to better match how most people use MindStudio. While embedding is now available to new users through the Business Plan, Individual Plan subscribers get up to 100,000 runs per month and no limit on the number of published Agents.

Anyone who was already on the Pro Plan has been grandfathered into it.
